We serve only USDA Prime Beef, which is the top 1% of all beef in the United States, chosen to meet or exceed our owners' rigid standards that include tenderness and taste. All of our beef is supplied by Consumers Meat Packing of Chicago, IL...purveyors to many of the finest steakhouses in the United States. The same superior standards apply to our fresh seafood, sourced direct from North Coast Seafood of Boston, MA., our whole lobsters, from the cold waters of Maine and our Mero Sea Bass Steaks, overnighted from Honolulu Fish Company, Honolulu, HI.

                                                                                                While having dined here in the past we used to have amazing service. The last few times we have been here the service has been disappointing. The food is always great but when you pay over $200 for dinner and the service is horrible it makes for a bad experience.

                                                                                                The food and service at DC Prime were both fantastic! My girlfriend had the ribeye and I had the filet. Both were excellent! Our server, Hugo, was attentive and helpful with recommendations. We will definitely be back to DC Prime!

                                                                                                This was our first experience there, we took our son for his 18th birthday. The food, the ambiance and the service what excellent! We had Isabella as our wait staff and she was just perfect and made my son feel very special. The bread was super yummy, the English Garden martini lit me up with just one lol, Salmon was also very delicious, as well as the steaks , Shrimp spicy appetizer and the steak fries. We will definitely be going back!

                                                                                                My wife and I went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a great time. We were given a anniversary card when we arrived and were seated very quickly. The wait staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu and off menu items for the evening. The food was fantastic and served as ordered. It was a little pricey but we knew it would be going into our adventure as we wanted to have a great time for our anniversary and we were not disappointed. Thank you DC Prime for making our anniversary something special.

                                                                                                Visited for a post movie birthday dinner. Our waiter Orlando, provided impeccable, friendly, perfectly-timed service throughout our evening. Our meal was excellent: shrimp cocktail (generous enough to share) fresh, medium rare filet au poivre, and ribeye, both cooked to perfect temp, nice side of au gratin with leftovers to take home. Birthday man went with a delicious creme brûlée and only shared a bite or two. Definitely recommend this DC Prime outpost in Ashburn. Easy & free parking. Ample seating. Nice ambiance, but they were filming a show there during our visit. Our initial seating was a bit loud and bright. We asked and moved to a quieter location.
