De La Torre's is a quintessential Italian trattoria. Our recipe is not a secret- we prepare and serve delicious food using quality ingredients. The menu is distinctly Italian offering trattoria classics and our hallmark special menu which changes daily to accentuate the freshness of locally grown produce, naturally raised meats and freshly caught fish presented in numerous creative dishes.

The wine list showcases exceptional and unusual varietals from small producers and family wineries in Italy and in California.

It is always a great experience. Took my parents for their 55th anniversary and everyone at the restaurant made it a fantastic experience for my family. I will keep recommending this restaurant to anyone who will listen.

THE FRIED ARTICHOKES, CALAMARI AND BREAD WERE VERY GOOD AS APPETIZERS. CAESAR SALAD WAS OKAY, MINESTRONE SOUP WAS AVERAGE. SALMON WAS GOOD AND VEAL PARMESAN WAS VERY GOOD BUT VEAL WAS TOUGH. CHICKEN PICCATA DID NOT TASTE AS IT SHOULD. THE DUCK WAS OVER COOKED. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS FINE. THE FLAVORS ARE NOT CORRECT.

Service was great. Food was yummy. I had the corn chowder soup, another had minestrone soup, another in our group had pesto pasta and one had a ravioli special. We all loved our food. No complaints at all. Bread and butter was good too.

We are fortunate that De La Torre's is near our home. The food and service are always top shelf! This trip, I had the Corned Beef and Cabbage for St. Patrick's day, it was very well prepared!

Delatorre's never disappoints. The Tagliatelle Bolognese is one of the best I've tasted, with pasta that melts on your tongue. The Chicken Marsala is served in a buttery Marsala sauce, adorned with mushrooms, scallions and garlic. The desserts have something for every taste, and the service is always friendly (but not overly so) and efficient. This is our favorite Italian restaurant in the Pleasanton area, for every type of occasion.

This Italian restaurant is definitely a hidden gem in Pleasanton! We had a corporate team dinner here to end our day, and the team very much enjoyed De La Torre's! The portions were very satisfying and the presentation was wonderful. I ordered an angel hair pasta with garlic butter sauce with shrimp, and we also had the toasted ravioli as an appetizer. My team ordered the spaghetti and meatballs (which were enormous) and also the veal scallopini which looked amazing! We added the whiskey cake at the end, which was to die for, along with the berry tart for dessert. Everything was fabulous, including the service and the wine selections. My executive was extremely pleased and said he was excited to have discovered a new place to eat out (he lives nearby in San Ramon). Thank you for a wonderful evening and spectacular dinner experience!
