                                                                We had a party of 7 dining at Delizie a few days ago. The service was friendly and very attentive by the wait staff. The restaurant is small, quaint, intimate, and cozy. Waters for the table, fresh focaccia bread, and olive tapenade were provided for our table. The bread and tapenade were exceptionally fresh and so good. We had to control ourselves from eating too much of the bread. We shared calamari fritti as an antipasti - lightly breaded calamari and carrots - delish - crispy on the outside and so tender inside. The entrees are substantial portions for our small stomachs, so we primarily shared between twos... The shared entrees were the pappardelle al salmone, fettuccine al porcini, and spaghetti alla carbonara. All the entrees tasted very good, the salmon dish was a little too salty, otherwise the rest if the entrees were well seasoned. We could tell all the pastas were freshly made. We all loved our meal... black coffee were ordered and was very smooth to taste and hot - we could tell that it didn't come from a drip coffee maker. The coffee was a nice ending to a wonderful dinner. We highly recommend Delizie.

                                                                Excellent authentic So Italian meal. Great flavors & I had enough for take home. Service was fantastic! Owner gave us a delicious new dessert to try. Had a great evening and will return!

                                                                Food (calamari, caprese salad, pasta) was excellent. The service was also excellent. Enjoyed our first dining experience and look forward to returning. Brought our own bottle of Cab since I prefer a heavy California red. The cost out the door (food and corkage) was reasonable.

                                                                Our family ate here for the first time to celebrate a birthday. We received a very warm welcome and throughout the meal, the service was friendly, attentive and professional. The food was delicious; steak slices perfectly cooked, pastas (tortelloni, spaghetti, rigatoni, gnocchi al dente in interesting combinations of ingredients. Homemade focaccia was a tasty accompaniment. The only small improvement we would make would be crispier fried calamari. Desserts of tiramisu, a cake made with ricotta and pistachio and a special for the evening of affogato capped off a memorable meal.

                                                                Amazing authentic Southern Italian food. Pasta is homemade, thin and delicious. The spaghetti with shrimp in a delicious sauce is over the top! Love the generous pour of red wine, unlike any other restaurant in SC. Truly a fun experience. PS The complimentary homemade focaccia bread & oil is delicious treat for a hungry diner.

                                                                Three of us went for my birthday dinner. The food was excellent, and the service from Francesco and the other wait staff was exemplary. I was given a complementary Tiramisu dessert with a lit candle for my birthday, which was most appreciated. Their example of Tiramisu is among the best that I have ever had! Truly memorable. We'll be back soon. Highly recommended to all. Bravo!!!
