The Delta Bistro is part of the Delta supply house and offers four different menus every day of the week. It has meat, fish, and vegetarian offerings that are rotated throughout the week. Some of the meat dishes include calf boiled beef, shashlik of lamb, and krustenbraten from young pig. Fish dishes included bass, hake, and salmon tranche. For vegetarians, there are dishes such as the goat cheese burger, romanesco, and sage gnocchi. Delta Bistro also offers desserts like the coconut cream mango coulis, a dark chocolate praline ganache, and a raspberry mascarpone with fresh berries.

Wir komme jedes Jahr zur Golfmesse nach Hamburg und im Anschluss dann Delta.... Immer super lecker 😋

Das gutes Fleisch seinen Preis haben muss ist klar. Aber die Preise hier haben sich schon stark verändert seit unserem letzten Besuch. Dazu war mein 50€ Kalbs-Kotelett nicht mal heiß und musste noch mal zurück in die Küche (zu meinem Unmut ohne jegliche Kompensation). Nachdem wir zu 6 Personen ca. 600€ auf der Rechnung hatten, wurde uns zum Ausdruck gebracht ob wir die Rechnung nicht selbstständig unter uns aufteilen könnten … Um Punkt 23:00 h wurde das Licht aufgedreht und wir wurden zum Gehen eingeladen. Also alles in allem leider ein teurer nicht positiver Besuch.

Für mich seit vielen Jahren die Nummer 1 in Sachen Fleisch, nicht bloß in Hamburg.

Der Service war von Anfang bis Ende sehr gut, sehr freundlich, sehr kompetent. Das Essen war hervorragend, äußerst schmackhaft und sehr reichlich. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Restaurantbesuch.

Jedes Jahr kommen wir zum Geburtstagsessen, einmal im Februar und einmal im Juli und es ist immer wieder toll. Kellner Daniel ist der Beste und dazu ein wunderbares Essen, top.

Außerordentliche gute Fleischqualität zum gehobenen Preis. Würde man in den Hallen eines Fleischgroßmarkt nicht erwarten
