                                                        We had a reservation and were seated by a nice and efficient host. We were promptly greeted by a bus person who gave us water and bread and told us our server would come by soon. We waited for a half hour and never saw the server and the bus person didn’t return. The restaurant was not busy, and there were two other tables who had been seated before us who had no food or drinks. It was a disappointing experience.

                                                        Service was excellent, the food was good. They charged a Christmas surcharge of 25% without any notification.

                                                        Online prepped us for a special Christmas menu which was not actually available. Crab cakes were disappointing, not much crunch and tasted more like tuna than crab. Had to request bread even though bread plates were provided when seated. Linguini was okay, anticipated a little more spice.

                                                        We were just 15 mins late and they didn’t have a table for us, they offered no assistance to help. My mom is in a walker and we had kids with us. And my sisters birthday. I was shocked and disappointed will not being going there.

                                                        Sat for an hour waiting for service. Arrived at 5:20 PM sat there till 6:20 pm. All that was given to us were our drinks and hard very uncooked Brussels sprouts that were definitely not worth 16 dollars. I was so disappointed as it was my mom’s birthday and we had no choice but to leave due to poor service and food. Absolutely horrible. Keep in mind there was only 1 other table that was occupied and some gentleman at the bar and that was it so it was pretty slow. The manager seemed to not care how upset I was. I would never recommend this restaurant.
