Husband and Wife team, Dennis Foy and Estella Quinones, are committed restaurateurs who counterbalance each other’s exacting artistic standards. Estella’s passion for design and Dennis’s interest in painting clearly reflects this sensibility.

The exciting twenty-eight seat restaurant d’floret is a modern elegantly-lit stage, featuring an open kitchen and adjoining dining room that exhibit the chef’s dual passions: Foy’s paintings and culinary mastery. The space is accented by a floor-to- ceiling Black Walnut Nakashima panel, lighting by Ayala Serfaty, the Israeli artist, with Arnie Jacobsen modern Classic chairs, finishing the sleek warm welcoming room.

Please note, due to high demand and limited seating, in addition to online holds we require diners call the restaurant to reconfirm your by 12pm day of, or it will not be honored.

    d’floret is a gem! The food was amazing, service impeccable and the ambiance was cozy and welcoming. It is a bit expensive but worth it.

    Neighborhood gem, french-influenced menu leaning towards seafood, but good beef/lamb options also. BYOB, and they handled our older wine expertly, decanting it and filtering out the sediment. We look forward to the move to D'Floret's move to the somewhat larger adjoining space.

    By my 5 star review, obviously I love this place. Asparagus soup - superb Pasta dish - perfect Entree of veal chop - great - was hard to decide between the chop and the lamb. I had the lamb before and it was delicious! AND - a BYOB. Just eat here and you won't be disappointed.

    The food was absolutely wonderful, the service outstanding and its always so welcoming. We love this restaurant and it's always the place to go when visiting Lambertville. We will be back the net time we come to Lambertville!!! Thank you Madelynn Friederich

    The food was so delicious and cooked right in front of us to order. Two of us got the lamb, one got the veal chop, and one got the cod. All were fabulous. The profiteroles were a highlight as well.
