104 Restaurant by Richard Wilkins is a stunning, intimate place to relax and enjoy the highest quality ingredients and service. We have been featured in the Michelin guide every year since opening in 2019.

104 Restaurant by Richard Wilkins is open Tuesday to Saturday and serves a three course a la carte menu, as well as a tasting menu for people who'd like to try everything we have to offer. Online reservations are available for up to Six guests, up to 3 months in advance.

Dishes include:

XL Scottish langoustine, Celeriac cream, Langoustine butter, satay sauce
French guinea fowl, Delica pumpkin puree, fondant potato and jus gras
Valrhona chocolate souffle, Madagascan vanilla ice cream

Welcome to BEHIND. We are an intimate 1 Michelin star fish-focused tasting menu restaurant run by chef Andy Beynon. Situated on the edge of London Fields, Hackney, BEHIND has 18 kitchen-table seats for lunch and dinner sittings, as well as a relaxed wine bar.

BEHIND is Andy Beynon’s first restaurant, opened in October 2020. After just 20 days’ trading it was awarded its first Michelin Star. Andy spent 15 years working in some of the best Michelin star restaurants in the country, including with chefs Claude Bosi, Phil Howard and Michael Wignall.

Abbiamo ordinato il menù degustazione composto da 5 portate più selezione dei formaggi aggiuntiva, i sapori erano perfettamente bilanciati e le consistenze delle varie portate ben pensate, i camerieri attenti ad ogni dettaglio e preparati su tutto, in occasione del compleanno del mio ragazzo ci hanno portato un dessert aggiuntivo accompagnato con del vino abbinato e un biglietto di auguri e ringraziamento per averli scelti, è stata una bellissima esperienza, con una qualità prezzo eccellente, consigliatissimo.
