Established in 1989, Cafe Avanti is in a league of its own. Fine traditional Italian cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. It's family owned and operated, and home away from home for Miami Beach locals. The staff is welcoming and hospitable, and are sure to make you feel like a regular even as a first time guest. Chef Constantino Cadavid has been at the helm of Cafe Avanti for over 21 years. It's reputation for consistency is like no other. From veal meatballs and tuna tartare, to osso bucco and frutta di mare, every dish is absolutely decadent. Desserts are homemade & the ricotta cheesecake is the best you will ever have. Parking is easy and meters are turned off at 6pm. Beyond Azabu lies The Den, an exclusive hidden omakase room specializing in the art of Edomae Sushi helmed by Master Sushi Chefs. Located inside The Stanton Hotel, The Den at Azabu Miami Beach elevates the local culinary scene with authentic Japanese cuisine and transportive experiences.
The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi. The Den is a 18 seat counter, omakase style sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic omakase experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. The Den serves a multi course menu with no a la carte options. Food menus are $300++ or $185++ per guest. Fifi's Place only uses locally caught and or sustainable fish. Long known by locals for its outstanding freshness, Fifi's Seafood has been discovered by visitors to our area as well. This has led to a recent expansion of the restaurant into the adjoining store front and has more than doubled the seating capacity. Famous for its seafood Paella and fresh Hog Snapper caught by local divers daily, we also offer the freshest stone crabs when in season and Florida lobster.
Many who have discovered Fifi's Place return often for the happening vibe and fish and lobsters that are often just hours out of the ocean. Many dishes have a Japanese twist, while others are solidly Latin.

The intimate, ultra luxurious and transporting space features a massive overhanging cherry blossom tree, a Japanese craftsmanship-inspired wallpaper screen, a dramatic marble countertop, a 500-years old hinoki wood cutting board, and wall-mounted niches serving as members’ chopstick display.

The ever-changing dishes evolve according to the 72 Japanese micro-seasons, involving the most refined ingredients such as line-caught fish flown in daily, innovative vegetables and condiments, sea urchin from Hokkaido, bluefin tuna from Ehime prefecture, and Sanuki Olive Wagyu from Kagawa prefecture in Japan.

Our Executive Chefs are one of most respected chefs in Chinese cuisine. MR CHOW is a combination of old authentic Beijing, Original Recipes, and the signature dishes such as Chicken Satay, MR CHOW Noodles and Ma Mignon all were created by our passionate and skillful chefs. Also on the Menu is one of the best prepared Beijing Ducks in the world.

Executive Chef Byron Alabado and Executive Sushi Chef Shoyo Iida craft meticulous sushi, fire-cooked street skewers, inventive small plates and large entrees, plus fresh raw bar, ceviches & tiraditos that echo the authenticity of Japan, The Philippines, Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Israel and The West Indies.

A 360 degree bar features fresh handcrafted Bichi cocktails, premium Japanese sake, wonderful wines and Champagnes, and an international beer selection. Guests are greeted by a ceremonial Japanese torii gate - after passing through, the ordinary world is left behind, symbolically marking the transition from the mundane to the sacred.

We are an outdoor Restaurant. Sushi Bichi reservation bookings are subject to weather conditions. Most of the restaurant is not under cover.
