   Had a 730 reservatio. Sat down at 725. Ordered drinks and oysters which were great. Then waitress took our order. I ordered the Halibut and my fiancé ordered a wedge and lobster bisque. The waitress came by several times and actually took 3 more drink orders. About 845 we still hadn't gotten our dinner. I asked the waitress if our food was about ready. She asked what we ordered then found out she hadn't even put our order in after I said did you turn our order in. Just told her to bring our check and we were leaving. Never saw a manager after all this. We have liked this place and have gone there frequently using Open Table. Very POOR. No dinner kinda ruins one's experience.

   This is a small restaurant wich also has a large bar and large bar table area which are both pleasant. They often have live music. They called to confirm the reservation and seating preferences which was nice. Generally the wait staff is very accommodating! Stellar items which I enjoy are: ahi tuna, half pound hamburger, gumbo, Brussels salad, and mussels in sauce.

   I can’t believe I haven’t been here before the food was exceptional. I had the shrimp étouffée and gumbo, which was excellent. Every plate of food that passed by our table looked delicious and I believe I am going to have to go back often, so I can try everything on the menu.

    Always a great time at Doc’s! We have been here so many times and every time they deliver. Best desert (cookies) in Tulsa!
