Welcome to the Downtown Kitchen. We have one goal in mind when we open our doors every day - "To do whatever it takes to create the best dining experience possible.' That means buying certified Angus beef, Ashley Farms chicken, New Zealand Spring lamb, dayboat fish and fresh local produce. We change our menus daily according to market and season availability. Our style of cooking is defined as simplicity at its best. We built the restaurant to elevate the guests' level of comfort. The bar, tables, and booths were custom-made by a local wood worker. And we searched the nation for unique works of Art to deck our walls. Music of Blues and Rock greats fill the air. Service is as important as the food. Our staff is sincere, knowledgeable and friendly. They hustle to deliver the best service around, yet take the time to remember your name and how you like your drink.

Downtown Kitchen consistently delivers an excellent dining experience. We dined on a Saturday night, and though the restaurant was very busy, it did not affect service or the quality of our food - both were outstanding!

Unfortunately my experience last week was very poor and it was unusual. We are regular customers. Had cold and not fresh mussels with barely any broth (returned once) for dinner, lukewarm soup and old bread with not an attentive service in the top level of the restaurant. My husband chicken was also cold and witted salad. Most likely won’t return.

Always a great meal at Downtown Kitchen. It was little Noisier than normal on this occasion, but we still had a very enjoyable time there.

We had not been to downtown kitchen in several years. We decided to go there for a friends birthday. The food was amazing. I had the seafood special and it was delicious. We will definitely be revisiting soon. Our server also was very friendly and familiar with menued items.

Great Service and Great Food. Jason, our waiter was very impressive. We loved him. The food was excellent. My husband had the Bison Strip and he loved it. The rest of us had hanger steak, best steak I have had in long time.

Another awesome evening at DK. Delicious DK Rita's to start plus great appetizer special, pork belly tacos! Dinners tonight included panko fried halibut, hanger steak and beef short rib. All were outstanding. Friendly service in a relaxed, casual atmosphere. What more can you ask for? Thank you DK!

The food is outstanding. Their special entrees are great! We had the duck breast with a blueberry gastric, a lovely mixed salad and a baked potato Every dish was very good. The atmosphere is great and the noise level good. It’s easy to carry on a conversation without raising your voice.
