Welcome to the Downtown Kitchen. We have one goal in mind when we open our doors every day - "To do whatever it takes to create the best dining experience possible.' That means buying certified Angus beef, Ashley Farms chicken, New Zealand Spring lamb, dayboat fish and fresh local produce. We change our menus daily according to market and season availability. Our style of cooking is defined as simplicity at its best. We built the restaurant to elevate the guests' level of comfort. The bar, tables, and booths were custom-made by a local wood worker. And we searched the nation for unique works of Art to deck our walls. Music of Blues and Rock greats fill the air. Service is as important as the food. Our staff is sincere, knowledgeable and friendly. They hustle to deliver the best service around, yet take the time to remember your name and how you like your drink.

Had a wonderful meal on the restaurants 20th anniversary (unbeknownst to us). I can see why they've lasted this long. Food and service were wonderful. Savannah was our server, She was attentive, knowledgeable, and super friendly. We tried several items, from starters to dessert, and nothing disappointed. Will definitely be going back.

Wonderful service and food. We were celebrating an anniversary and we're delighted to see a special little card on the table with congratulations. I had the chef's special of the evening of duck and my husband had scallops. Both we're done perfectly. The meal also included soup or salad I chose potato soup and it was slint with the crispy bacon and a bit of green on top. The service started with fresh bread and a tasty , slightly spicy red dipping sauce. Unfortunately not enough room to sample any of the desserts but that will be next time

We had dinner one Wednesday - while not what I would consider a high end restaurant - they provided a great experience and the value was outstanding. After a couple drinks, two entrees and a dessert our tab was just under $90. The food was very good and well worth the expense. A couple of creative dishes on the menu accompanied by a few items that are more standard fare (steaks, etc). As a side I had some kale with bacon in a cream sauce - unique and delicious. Never thought kale could taste so good! Dessert was a crème brûlée with with cookies and cream added in (not chunks of Oreos) and it didn’t last long. We will be back.

This is my new favorite restaurant. Everything we ate was absolutely perfect, the staff was great and it had a really good atmosphere for a date night. Will be coming back here many more times.

One of the best in downtown Canton. Owner Chef makes a difference. Great bottle of Petit Petit wine to top off the great meal.

Corey Shubert and crew have maintained over the years, a dining experience that you can count on. Familiar faces, quality food and excellent service leave you feeling good every time. We drive an hour for it. There is nothing closer to home that comes up to DK quality. Thank you.

Fabulous filet and whipped potatoes, and Caesar salad. Pricey but since I eat steak so infrequently, wanted to treat myself. So glad I did. Just fantastic and server was great too.
