Posto molto bello, con la possibilità di mangiare anche fuori e il vino buono. Bella esperienza, un po’ troppo veloce e frettoloso il servizio, abbiamo fatto aperitivo e cena in appena 1 h e mezza.

The food was decent, but everything else was perfect: Nick gave us great service while we watched the sun set, flocks of pelicans coast by, and a pod of dolphins swim towards Santa Monica.

Haven’t been here for some time and the staff was lovely, but the food was very very subpar. Very disappointed having been a regular customer that started eating here in the 70s. I know it’s a different venue, but I would absolutely never recommend it nor would I go again ,Too bad ,because the venue is absolutely beautiful. We really need more venues like this on the coast , bring back the old school sour dough bread service , baked potatoes and the simple surf and turf menu

Excellent, classic seafood restaurant on the coast in Malibu. Fine calamari, martini, @ arugula salad 🥗. Duke's halibut was squishy & a disappointment. Been coming here for decades...

This was our first time visiting Dukes in Malibu (we went to the one in Honolulu years ago). We definitely recommend going before sunset, as the ambiance of the ocean and sun and sky are amazing. After dark, it loses that, as Malibu doesn't allow lights on the water. Our food was excellent (except that the wedge salad was drowning in dressing). The entree's were delicious, as well as the calamari and dessert. Everything was very clean and sharp, yet the casual atmosphere welcomed a more laid-back local and tourist crowd. Our fave experience was the amazing service. Eliana, a Pepperdine student, was our server and she was very attentive, friendly, positive, and hopeful, without being overly chatty or disruptive. She's a star. We will be back.
