DUSK, one of the most sophisticated sushi restaurants located in The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, is a modern twist on the classic Florida boardwalk hideaway. The bar is designed to bring the atmosphere of the beach at twilight indoors with its innovative cocktail menu and sleek décor.

Enjoy the sushi prepared by a world recognized sushi chef and take small plates outside onto the terrace where lounge sofas and fire pits await overlooking the Gulf.

Located on the lobby level of the beach resort, the newly designed bar brings the atmosphere of the beach at twilight indoors. The sophisticated design features soft colors, oversized lanterns, flexible seating perfect for gathering with friends and a spectacular outdoor patio that provides scenic Gulf of Mexico and preserve views.

Nightly music and a selection of creative cocktails exclusively designed for DUSK are the ideal complement to this stylish adult’s only setting.

Dusk is our favorite restaurant in Naples. Great sushi, cocktails & service in a gorgeous hotel. We love the hamachi, shrimp poppers, Skuna Bay Aburi, and the truffle saki yaki roll. Coco is our favorite server!

I had the most amazing sushi dinner at Dusk during my stay at the Ritz-Carlton Naples. The ambience is extraordinary, my waiter was very helpful in describing the chef’s special salmon creation and in describing the special sushi rolls in order to make my decisions. The staff was friendly and very attentive. This is high priced sushi, which was delicious and flavorful and artistically presented.

Dusk…a wonderful, comfortable and beautifully designed space. Lounge-style seating allows for relaxing and conversation while eating fabulously fresh, delicious food. Our server, Olando, was friendly and conversational. It was really a fun evening there! barbara

The food and cocktails are delicious. I love the atmosphere. I’m from NYC and Dusk brings the NYC vibe, energy and food to Naples Fla. I love the location inside the Ritz Hotel. We sat at the bar and our servers Pablo and Cheval were top notch. Kind, courteous and knowledgeable. A must if you’re in Naples. Fla.

A+ cocktails and waitstaff. Great sushi and specialties, but the bar is the shining star. Whether it’s the craft cocktails or a ‘dealer’s choice’ at the bar, you can’t go wrong enjoying an evening here.

It was a great experience. Very pricey but I expected that at The Ritz. Food. Service and atmosphere are awesome. I would recommend and return.
