DUSK, one of the most sophisticated sushi restaurants located in The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, is a modern twist on the classic Florida boardwalk hideaway. The bar is designed to bring the atmosphere of the beach at twilight indoors with its innovative cocktail menu and sleek décor.

Enjoy the sushi prepared by a world recognized sushi chef and take small plates outside onto the terrace where lounge sofas and fire pits await overlooking the Gulf.

Located on the lobby level of the beach resort, the newly designed bar brings the atmosphere of the beach at twilight indoors. The sophisticated design features soft colors, oversized lanterns, flexible seating perfect for gathering with friends and a spectacular outdoor patio that provides scenic Gulf of Mexico and preserve views.

We went to ‘Dusk’ - Sushi Restaurant as part of the Ritz Carlton ‘Passport’ summer program. ( 3 courses limited choices, for $35 pp. Restaurant is dim and unpleasantly cold for sitting. Service was efficient- too efficient, as soon as one course was almost finished it was whisked away and the next arrived. ( 3 courses in 30mins??) The place was not busy on a Thursday evening - but seriously that was a sprint! The appetizers were both very good (Tuna tostadas and Vegetable Gyoza) the Entrees however were both very bland and unappealing ( ShrimpTempura roll and Spicy salmon roll) My husband enjoyed the Mochi - ice cream- for dessert, however the lemon meringue was tasteless ( hard to make a lemon meringue that does not taste at all of lemons!!) So overall what should have been a good value ( the bill with a glass each of wine without tip was just over $100) was definitely not. Not the standard I was expecting from a Ritz Carlton - ‘cheap seats’ notwithstanding.

Unique atmosphere that feels modern, intimate yet full of energy. Dj was playing great house music, cozy corner tables and amazing drinks/food. Service was impeccable and we felt spoiled being there. Glad we went later and experienced an ‘adult-only’ restaurant/club vibe.

Absolutely delightful experience at Dusk last night. This was our second time. You have to try Auburn from the house specialist. The drinksand desserts are fantastic too. Service is high class. Great for a date night, romantic setting, close friends, conversation.

Every time we are in Naples this restaurant is at the top of the list, amazing food and best service! Dusk has the freshest sushi and best appetizers! Great kids menu as well. The vibe is very relaxed and incredible drinks. Highly highly recommend!

One of the best Sushi restaurants in Naples. Impeccable service! Incredible ambiance with great music! Great cocktails! Definitely worth a visit!

The special dining passport deal at the Dusk in the Ritz Carlton, Naples, FL was very good. Nice menu, excellent service and setting. Well worth taking advantage of.

On average it was disappointing as our expectation was above average for a 5 star hotel. $28 for 2 pieces of regular average yellowtail sushi is outrageous!
