How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting? That was the question that acclaimed chef and restaurateur Sam Marvin (creator of the much-celebrated Los Angeles restaurant Bottega Louie) posed when he decided the time was right to reinvent what has long been the trademarks of the steakhouse genre – masculine vibe, dark rooms, fancy waiters, slabs of oversized beef and overly expensive pricing. The answer became Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse, located at the charming Tivoli Village just off of Summerlin Parkway; 15 minutes from the famed Las Vegas Strip.

This is our first time going off strip for dinner, being tourists and all. But what a revelation! Lucas, our server, was amazing. Was informative, led us to incredible appetizers and entree choices and was even kind enough to provide bubbles and desert as a congrats to our engagement. The manager Warren, also came by to greet us and wish us a congratulations. I like that I saw him do it for other tables as well and that provided a nice touch to know we’d be well taken care of. Wine list was also a great selection for great value.

One of the best steakhouses I have ever been to and it is also one of the most affordable I’ve ever been to. Service is also top shelf.

The manager came to our table and welcome us, it felt so special. We were there to celebrate my friend’s birthday, they made her so happy. Always enjoyed the food and service here.

We wanted to find a high quality restaurant off the strip and we are so glad we did! We’ve traveled all over the world and this is one of the most amazing meals we’ve ever had. Portobello mushroom fries, pork belly burnt ends, radicchio salad and ribeye were all out of this world AMAZING! Our server Beth was top of her game with a smile, positive attitude, and attentiveness that impressed us and 100% made the meal even more memorable. Eat here! You’ll be thankful you did.

I had an amazing dining experience at Echo & Rig Steakhouse, thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Hugo P. from start to finish, Hugo went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor truly elevated the evening. The food was outstanding, but the impeccable service made it even more memorable. I highly recommend Echo & Rig and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Hugo, for making our visit so special!

Great food, excellent service but a bit loud in the restaurant. It could use a little acoustic work but still an amazing restaurant.
