Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. EXCELLENT 5-STAR ESTABLISHMENT! I will bring all of my colleagues and our families here for every celebratory dinner. MICHELLE ROBLEDO IS A TRUE 5-STAR FINE DINING SERVER! She Significantly impressed my guests given her extensive knowledge of fine wine, whiskeys and steak cuts. JEREMY LAJMER IS ONE OF THE NICEST GENERAL MANAGERS OF ALL FINE DINING RESTAURANTS' I'VE EVER BEEN TO! It's truly heart-warming to visit a fine dining establishment where you're treated with the utmost of grace, kindness and hospitality.

We had a great experience at Eddie V’s! Highly recommended sitting in the Lounge vs. the dining room (it was bright and quiet in there!) and the lounge’s ambiance was great! Food was amazingly good and our server Brittany was fantastic. It was our anniversary and they made us feel extremely special. Can’t wait to go back.

Mac and cheese had way too many onions so it over power the flavor and it was dry. Mash potatoes had overload of butter. But the service save the experience amazing guy. The food this time let us down for the experience. I will say they did make us another Mac.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the City Centre location of Eddie V's on New Year’s Eve. While the restaurant’s service and atmosphere were pleasant, the valet service left much to be desired. My partner and I had planned to drop our luggage off at the hotel, but due to time constraints, we left it in the vehicle. When we returned after dinner, we discovered that our luggage had been rummaged through and money had been stolen. To say the least, we were shocked and appalled, especially considering it was a busy night at an upscale restaurant. It’s deeply troubling that the valet service would steal from guests. I’m attaching the valet receipt for reference. My advice to anyone visiting from out of town: make sure to remove everything from your vehicle, as unfortunately, the valet service can’t be trusted. Very disappointing overall.
