Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. Mac and cheese had way too many onions so it over power the flavor and it was dry. Mash potatoes had overload of butter. But the service save the experience amazing guy. The food this time let us down for the experience. I will say they did make us another Mac.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the City Centre location of Eddie V's on New Year’s Eve. While the restaurant’s service and atmosphere were pleasant, the valet service left much to be desired. My partner and I had planned to drop our luggage off at the hotel, but due to time constraints, we left it in the vehicle. When we returned after dinner, we discovered that our luggage had been rummaged through and money had been stolen. To say the least, we were shocked and appalled, especially considering it was a busy night at an upscale restaurant. It’s deeply troubling that the valet service would steal from guests. I’m attaching the valet receipt for reference. My advice to anyone visiting from out of town: make sure to remove everything from your vehicle, as unfortunately, the valet service can’t be trusted. Very disappointing overall.

NYE was going to book up and we planned accordingly. Sat quickly. Tim greeted us promptly for our drink order. Very busy dining room but we never felt like we were forgot about. Ordered appetizers and meals. Both were delicious as always. The manager made herself seen and helped where she was needed as was very pleasant. It was nice to see people dressed so nice for a change. Tim was a fantastic waiter. We will be back.

We can always rely on Eddie V’s for delicious food, excellent service, and a wonderful time. Everything was fantastic! Our server, Victor, took great care of us. We can’t wait to go back!
