Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. My friend and l both had the shrimp cocktail, which was excellent. Had lobster tails and lamb chops as our main courses - both delicious . LaMarion was our waiter- he is extremely attentive and good - a 5 star waiter! Also, the atmosphere at Eddie V’s is elegant and quiet.

Sat at the lounge area at a high top. It was great. Our server was amazing, the managers who stopped by are awesome and the live music is fabulous. I had a wedge salad, cocktails and the crème brûlée. Delish!

Our server Armageddon was impeccable. His suggestions were spot on and he was attentive without being intrusive. The food was all to die for, from the yellow tail sashimi to the banana fosters cake. Highly recommend!

Hands down my favorite Steakhouse! The ribeye is flavorful & tender -definitely a prime cut of meat! I suggest getting there during happy hour to partake in the South African lobster bites & the 100% lump crab meat crab cake. It never disappoints!

We waited until a few days after Valentine's Day to celebrate so we missed the crowds and chaos. We love going to Eddie Vs and Michelle is always our server. She is a true master of her craft - just the right mix of attentive, but not intrusive. She also willingly offers excellent suggestion and often provides an unexpected little extra. For this dinner, even though we were a few days after Valentine's Day, the host greeted my wife with a rose and then Michelle brought her another rose and us some champagne. Our dinner was spot on as always. We shared a crab cake and the warm goat cheese salad, which we get almost every time we go to Eddie Vs. My wife had the scallops and I had the redfish special. The redfish was hot and flaky with crab on top, which was cold which seemed a bit odd. My wife's scallops were even better - served with some citrus wedges that brought out the sweetness of the scallops. All in all a wonderful evening.

Food is always great. Perfect anniversary dinner. Lamarion was great, attentive, nice and made our date night even the more special.

We ate in the lounge and enjoyed the live music with our meal. Our server, Sib, was very good and attentive. The meal itself was excellent. Eddie V’s makes a great smoky old fashioned, and it’s my favorite. You can never go wrong with Eddie V’s.
