Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    We were visiting from out of town for our 24 year wedding anniversary! We had been to another Eddie V’s location before but this time it was different. Everything was absolutely amazing!!! From our server, Taylor, who made our visit an experience to remember, to the food that was cooked to perfection!!! Taylor was fun, friendly, energetic and made our evening so special! The food was spectacular and perfectly spread out. For appetizers we started with the Misty Point Oysters and then we had the steak tartar…!absolutely delicious!!! For our main dish we enjoyed the filet mignon and the lamb rack… oh my goodness, both were cooked to perfection and melted in our mouth! Taylor surprised us with the bananas foster with a 24 year anniversary greeting in chocolate … the perfect way to end a lovely evening and she took pics to capture the moment!! We will definitely come back each time we visit Scottsdale!

    Dinner with friends. Both couples order the Big Eddie for their entree. It was delicious.

    We shared an evening with some friends who hadn’t been to Eddie V’s before. It was not a disappointment for sure. We were seated promptly at our reservation time to a superb table. The 5 star service kicked in immediately. Each ordered a drink and thoroughly enjoyed them. The smoked old fashioned is a must. We weren’t rushed at all. We were allowed time to chat and get acquainted with the menu. The lobster bisque second course is a must! Three ordered Chilean Sea Bass and one Scallop dinner. All were worth a 5 star rating. Our server, Charles was amazing. A Seinfeld Kramer image but much more impressive. He knew just how to interact with our group, made appropriate suggestions and was not overbearing. The food was simply amazing and the service was exquisite. I highly recommend Eddie V’s. You won’t be disappointed. Be prepared to spend money. It’s well worth the investment.

    Always great service, steak cooked to perfection and delicious!!! Love love love the butter rum dessert or whatever it is called..lol... SOOOO GOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!!

    We throughly enjoyed the wonderful live music provided by the Renee Patrick ensemble, Renee and her group of musicians were really outstanding and honored all of our song requests. Also the Volume level was perfect. Our server was stellar and our food was delicious.

    We always have a good time. Eddie Vs never disappoints. Nico provided impeccable service. Sexy scene and great food. We love this place!
