Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection.     Always a great meal and a greet atmosphere. Had a wonderful birthday experience and our server (Jamie Herring) was very, very good. He was polite, very friendly and made sure we were taken care of all night. We would enjoy having him as our server again.

    We love going to Eddie V’s… but this visit was even better than past visits (didn’t think that was possible as it is consistently wonderful!). The service was over the top perfect… thank you Sarah for making a wonderful evening even better! The food each of us had was amazing… one standout for me were the lobster tacos appetizer… wow! Can’t wait to return for another great experience.

    Eddie Vs was everything that we hoped for! No wait with our reservation, seated in the bar area with Keva as our waitress. Keva was excellent, very attentive and knowledgeable. The ambiance was great even got a little live music before leaving. Now let’s talk food, A1! We also had the Thai calamari and oyster selection as appetizers. For dinner we had lamb chops. Lamb chops cooked to perfection!!!! With creamy mashed potatoes and crab fried rice as our sides. Everything was perfect. A outstanding date night prelude before heading to Casa Manana for a play….

    Absolutely awesome! Food, service & ambiance!! Had Oysters, shrimp, stuffed shrimp, filet, crab fried rice and au gratin potatoes! Banana fosters for desert. Outstanding!!
