Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier.     The only thing better than the food and drinks was the service we received from our server, Molly. Eddie V’s continues to be one of my favorites for its consistently great food and service each and every time.

    Very happy with the service provided as we had a problem with the food which was quickly solved, the restaurant is quite loud so it’s hard to have a conversation.

    Eddie V’s is our favorite restaurant for any date night and especially for special occasions. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming as soon as we arrive starting with the valet driver who opens my car door. They all wished my husband a happy birthday when we checked in for tonight’s reservation. These special acknowledgments and friendly greetings truly make us feel valued every time we visit this Eddie V’s. Our server, Ty, is absolutely amazing. She always greeted us with her beautiful smile throughout the evening. The manager, Rachel, also came by to wish my husband a happy birthday. The food and drinks are consistently delicious. Each of our entrees and sides were cooked to perfection. My husband says that they serve the best smoked old fashion cocktail, and we also highly recommend their hope diamond cocktail. Thank you for another phenomenal experience!
