Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection.     4 stars for value only as a heads up that this is a very pricey restaurant, but well worth the bill for exceptional service and very good food. For example, this is the first time in a while I have had fresh oysters that were completely shucked (didn't have to pry them loose) and all were perfectly chilled. Also the caviar was not cheap but not over priced either and was impeccably served and delicious. My steak was slightly over medium but only at the edges, the middle was excellent, nevertheless the waiter comped a dessert because I was initially concerned. We had a birthday and the table was decorated and we were provided a champagne toast for the 4 of us to enjoy. Tuna and Steak Tartare were superb, Salmon, Filet Mignon and lobster garnishes were excellent and the Crab Fried Rice side dish was a really nice plus. Desserts were all well prepared and a little different from other fine dining restaurants. Our waiter was attentive but not intrusive and very good humoured. We will return.

    I went with my family to celebrate my Birthday. I suggest if you’re on a budget go during Happy Hour and you might have to ask for the Happy hour menu.

    10/10 experience. Food is incredible and well presented. The staff was excellent and professional. We will be back again! I got the 10 oz filet with 5 oz lobster and it was so delicious. My wife got the 10 oz filet with the stuffed shrimp which were incredible. The menu is large enough you have plenty of options without it being too overwhelming

    they went above and beyond for our anniversary! my boyfriend said it was the best steak he’s had.
