Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier.     The food was delicious, especially the tuna tatare tower. Our server, Kerlin, was so helpful throughout our dining experience. What a great night!

    Eddie V's has mastered the art of fine dining. The services was impeccable. Charlie was wonderful and knew the menu well. Our food was excellent. We started with the burrata and beet salad. For our main course we had the crab stuffed shrimp and the salmon. Everything was delicious, well seasoned and the perfect temp. We love their extensive wine list and the smoked old fashion was a great experience. We loved the elevated booth we were in and that we were encouraged to linger over our wine. Eddie V's will always be in our Orlando rotation of top must visit restaurants.

    It was our anniversary we were greeted with a card and rose petals on the table! We ordered the bone-in ribeye, it was flavorful, tender and delicious. The crab stuff shrimp was succulent and cooked to perfection. The crab fried rice is the perfect pairing with the steak, it had mushrooms and sweet crabmeat in it. Asparagus was tender with a lemon butter sauce that compliment it well. Our waiter Aldo was incredible, he was attentive and left us wanting nothing. Overall amazing experience.

    Joel went over and beyond to make this night so wonderful! Surprised my party with complimentary champagne & a decorative table , made my friends felt very taken care of and was attentive throughout the whole night ! Justin the manager stopped by and was so kind as well as Ben! Unforgettable experience , thank you so much

    Great Food and Service . We all had a wonderful meal and the service was top notch . All the food came out at the right time and was perfectly prepared . Will be back soon. Thx Jim Bond
