Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    As usual the dinning experience was wonderful. The table was able to be sat slightly earlier than the reservation. The staff was attentive and very helpful. Great for special occasions or even a step up on the dining experience.

    The seabass was the best, my wife loves the Asian style cooking. The bar attendants were very friendly and helpful.

    Went for my Anniversary. The food was very good. They even served a cake cookies with fire on it. Great experience. Highly recommend.

    food was perfect, excellent service, it was anniversary and they treated us to some complimentary champagne and dessert.

    We celebrated our first Christmas company party for our small business. The food and service were excellent. My daughter enjoy her food and the supervisor was very mindful and courteous she offered my daughter coloring kit which made her occupied and happy throughout the dinner. Quality food and service.

    Service (Eggy)top notch extremely professional and had perfect timing throughout the service. All areas were exceptional, cocktails/ wine, appetizers, main course(s), desserts and after dinner drinks. Wonderful evening

    Had a lovely dinner with a friend and work colleague. The food was so good. I had the fillet and lobster and both were cooked perfectly. The service was perfect and they were helpful in accommodating our requests!

    Our food was delayed for quite some time. Without being prompted our waitress said she’d take care of the meal, which she did. The food was fantastic as always and the service was outstanding. We will definitely be back to celebrate at EVs!
