Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier.     We went for a date night and it was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and everyone was very attentive to our needs and the overall experience was just wonderful. We will definitely be back soon.

    We made a last minute reservation to take our college age kids out for dinner, so only bar top seating was available. We got a wonderful corner booth! Everything about the experience would have been magical (food was amazing and our server was terrific) except that the “band” was SO LOUD we literally could not carry on any conversation. It was not just distracting, but unnerving! Thankfully they took a break at the same time our food came, so we got a bit of a reprieve. PLEASE, music may be a nice touch, but it should not overwhelm your customers!

    Decided to go to Eddie V’s after picking up a family member from the airport, sat in the bar and was pleasantly surprised that they had happy hour specials on Sunday night. Tried a variety of items from the happy hour menu and everything was excellent. Our server was Nick and he was attentive without being obtrusive.

    We had the filet and shellfish tower and were not disappointed. We come here often and have never been disappointed.

    Waitress Stephanie was Amazing. We were in the smaller room with fireplace tv which was beautiful. Just wish there was some Xmas music playing like the main big area. Food was fantastic as always!

    It was me and my wife's anniversary and we waited 20 minutes and no one came and took our order. We got up and left. Will not be going back.

    Our waiter Julian was exceptional and did an amazing job taking care of both of us, especially given it was my wife’s birthday!!

    Celebrated my wife’s birthday. Our server Brittany was spot on with her recommendations and we enjoyed every course . Crabcake appetizer with goat cheese salad followed by Lamb chops and scallops. Ending with bananas foster . We will certainly return soon !

    First time diner, I have been wanting to dine at Eddie V’s for a long time. I was not disappointed!! The food, ambiance and service was outstanding. Special thanks to Parker for being attentive without being overbearing. A wonderful all round experience, I am excited to return!
