Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Second of a two-night trip to EV’s for my wife’s birthday. Another great night: food, ambiance were terrific. One suggestion: we had to wait almost 20 minutes for our table after showing up on time for our reservation, which is not typical. Seemed to be confusion at the host stand at entrance, which led to a logjam of guests waiting for their tables. Other than that, another outstanding night. We will be back! Thank you!

For a special occasion or just wonderful dinner, I highly recommend Eddie V’s. There wasn’t a bad moment. From our delightful server Danielle, who was an undisputed delight, to the ever so thoughtful manager Kevin and the incredible music from the evening trio, each and every person was perfect. As well were our dinner courses. Each bite utterly delicious. Recommend highly the lamb chops and the lobster tacos. Plus if you’re doing dessert, the bananas foster was served flaming and was so unbelievably tasty. Must say the bar dining area gets quite loud with the great jazz music. If you like more quiet, request the main dining room. You can still enjoy the music. This was an incredible experience and we will return.

Another outstanding evening at EV’s. Samara and Tony made our evening: great service is what makes the difference, time and time again, at EV’s. Thank you! We will be back soon.

We made reservations at Eddie Vs for my husband’s birthday. Since we live in MD we decided to make a weekend if it. Eddie V s usually superb but this time it was not. We had to wait about 10 minutes for our server to come to the table. I understand it might be a staff shortage. Our server was fantastic and apologized for the wait. I ordered the prime bone in rib eye and my husband ordered the salmon. It was just ok. The steak had lots of gristle in it. The salmon was so so. The crab fried rice was not any better. I did not eat my entire dinner The best part of the whole experience was our server Murat His personality made the evening great. He apologized for the things we did not like. Maybe in the future we will try Eddie Vs again.
