Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    I absolutely love dining here. The service is consistently excellent, and the food is fantastic. The lively atmosphere at night is always a treat. I especially enjoy sitting in the bar area, where I can enjoy the live music. Our waitress, Sammy, was very sweet and attentive, making the experience even better. I will definitely be returning.

    Our waiter Terrod was very attentive! He heard my husband mention us being married for almost 25 years when he was blessing the food and Terrod added that special message to our dessert. I just thought that was so thoughtful! Now the managers or host not sure who he was, was terrible! Both walked right past us and stopped to ask how the people in back of us were enjoying their food. The guy manager never said a word to us and we were in the very first table. He just seemed off.

    Wait staff seemed upset about something and she disappeared half way through our time there so another lady helped us before the first person came towards the end. We were a little concerned about her. We normally have great visits , can’t say that about this one.

    Service was fantastic. Shrimp dish was amazing. Steak was the worst and banana foster was not made table side. $300 night was disappointing

    Always a great experience! Service was wonderful. Scallops were smaller than usual, but still tasty.
