The food, the service are always really good, but the noise, oy! . . . At our table for 4 we were having to lean in to hear each other. Way too many loud talkers sitting way too close together!!

We were celebrating my husband's birthday. Our dinner from start to finish was perfection. Our server, Austin, was so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We had the burrata salad special to start. Excellent! Entrees were the squash and coulotte steak. Both prepared to melt in your mouth. Be sure to leave room for some sticky toffee pudding. Not to be missed!

We ordered a suggested menu - a four course diner for two - wine, for a special night out. One steak bad (seemed over tenderized / mealy.)Server was kind to replace. Had to take it to go along with the dessert course, due to time constraint of the theater. Server offered to hold the to go to pick up after show. great! After show picked up, drove home (an hour away) Anticipated a nice dessert to wrap up the evening, opened to the to go carton. NO dessert and no replacement steak, just the remainder of are meal we had not finished. Kind of, ruined our special night. I didn't mind paying $280 for a nice dining experience, but this was a let down for what I thought this level of restaurant should have delivered.

Food and service was outstanding. Steaks cooked perfectly. Wonderful staff from the valet to our waiter and staff. One unpleasant incident was the hostess who took my coat when we were seated. When we were leaving she had mixed up the tickets and we couldn’t locate my coat. When we approached her about this, she explained “I don’t have time for this “. I left without my coat and we asked to please find and we’ll be back after the the play at Elie Caulkins. I had to walk several blocks in just my sweater and pants. Pretty cold brisk walk.
