This hotel restaurant was wonderful! Excellent food, pleasant ambiance, a little on the expensive side but it was a birthday; our server was excellent except that the kitchen, or an extra helper?, got our courses mixed up and came in the wrong order. I often delay ordering to make sure it comes like it's supposed to, but I didnt this time. :( Otherwise great! Hopefully a one off.

On Saturday we enjoyed a nice leisurely lunch at noon at The Edge. They had attractive buffet options of breakfast items, but we had hoped to have lunch items. (We did not realize that on the weekend the brunch menu extends until 2PM). However, our server was very accommodating and allowed us to order from the lunch menu. Service was excellent. We were greeted warmly by the hostess, seated promptly, and never felt rushed to finish our meal. Brittany, our server, checked us on regularly and surprised our birthday guest with a special complimentary dessert. She was great! I would highly recommend dining at the Edge restaurant. The service is always top notch.

In town for a conference and found this place by accident. Found them to have super attentive and knowledgeable staff. Great ambiance and delicious food. The octopus appetizer was amazing as was the EDGE bread. Our parties steaks were cooked to perfection. The cocktails were on point. Had a great experience and would definitely return. Highly recommend.

This is an upscale restaurant with great food and service. Not inexpensive and portions are rather small, but some of the tastiest we have had. Kudos to Hernan, our server, who was very attentive.
