                                                                We came here for a New Years Eve meal and were very disappointed with our experience. Our waiter was horrible and seemed uninterested in doing more for us than the bare minimum. I asked if I could have a Kir Royale (champagne and chambord) since I saw that they had that liquor under one of the martinis. He told me he couldn’t do that because they didn’t have the liquor. When I said I saw it listed under one of the other drinks, he said the menu was mistaken and brought me out a different drink. I don’t believe he even asked the manager or bartender, and assumed he was right. For our meal someone asked him about a dish and is response was he didn’t know why they called it that. Most would go and ask someone else, he just moved on and walked away. When our meals came out he never asked how things were and often tried to take our drinks and clean our plates out before we were done. We had to ask others for basics like bread, salt and pepper. At the end of the meal another server came over to wait on us for dessert since he got busy. He never even came over to thank us for the business. Needless to say service often makes or breaks a meal. This place should not be charging these types of prices if they can’t have their service live up to the expectations. As for quality, the filets we ordered had fatty pieces and they had no steak knives to give us. The lobster tails were hardly cooked. We did ask to speak with a manager twice, but our waiter both times just laughed and walked away. There’s plenty of other nice restaurants in the area, and I’d encourage anyone to look elsewhere before settling for here.

                                                                Had a very nice dinner at the Edge after a festive time strolling thru Main street Bethlehem. The restaurant has a warm ambiance, the menu is varied such that there is something for everyone's pallette. I had the penne pasta which was creamy delicious, the waitress (name?) was very attentive and engaging. Will be back

                                                                A ver enjoyable Christmas Eve dinner. The food was deliciious, especially the Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse pie for dessert. Attentive and friendly servers. Definitely high-end price wise, but worth it for a special treat.
