EDISON, craft ales + kitchen is an inventive bar and restaurant that brings together the food culture and local flavors of downtown, with expansive indoor and outdoor seating and spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Named for frequent historical visits from Thomas Edison and his "Vagabonds" (Edison, Harvey Firestone and Henry Ford), EDISON serves NC craft beers, small batch bourbons, handcrafted cocktails, and regionally inspired food in a contemporary, fun, and artistic setting.

Several renowned artists who celebrate the creativity of the area and call this community home are showcased in the indoor dining room, offering our patrons a true Asheville experience. The jalapeno bacon wrapped bison meatloaf is a must try !

                            Had a fabulous visit to Omni Grove Park Inn where Christmas spirit was evident in spite of the devastation following Hurricane Helene. Beautiful evening on the back terrace with views of the mountains, fabulous dinner at Edison ! Support your local businesses ! They’re happy to have you back !

                            Fantastic! The only negative was the the parking was $30 for the duration of our dinner reservation. This would likely prevent us from returning. In the past, the parking garage was a much more affordable price point for non-hotel guests.

                            Food was fine but over priced. The dessert was weird. Don’t order the cheese cake-it was a ball shape. Not as hoped for.
