Named for frequent historical visits from Thomas Edison and his "Vagabonds" (Edison, Harvey Firestone and Henry Ford), EDISON serves NC craft beers, small batch bourbons, handcrafted cocktails, and regionally inspired food in a contemporary, fun, and artistic setting.

                            Lovely experience and the waiter recognized our anniversary. Very nice touch! Food recommendations were spot on. Desert recommendations including the ‘liquid deserts’ were 100%! Waiter was outstanding.

                            Alexa and all the staff were wonderful. Accommodates us for a late dinner after we were delayed due to an accident on our travels from Durham. Food was beautiful and delicious.

                            We had family visiting from New Mexico and so it was an important meal for us. We weren't disappointed! The food was delicious! Two had the strip steak and two had the hamburger pie. Both were very good. The service was great and the view and surroundings were everything we could hope for. It was a bit pricey but worth it to have a wonderful family occasion..l

                            The Edison is a good way to experience a more casual, less pricey dinner while still enjoying the ambience of Grove Park Inn. Food choices are varied, and there are also many small bites to choose from if you want a light meal. Service is impeccable, as you expect at this property. It's a great option in the winter when Sunset Terrace is closed.

                            Erin was my server and was great. My phone died and she went out of her way to write out by hand directions to the AT&T store. She's a keeper.

                            Food was not good, very bland. Underwhelming experience. This was not the restaurant it used to be , has gone downhill.

                            Atmosphere is fabulous! Food is fresh and many dishes are fresh takes. 2 meals in 2 nights and our party of 6 was super pleased. Pricey but you are paying for the view and its location.
