Our approach is simple: deliver the finest and freshest every day.

Aged USDA prime beef is the star at Elway’s whether your preference is a thick porterhouse, tender filet or a juicy rib-eye. Our culinary team shops for seasonal and interesting ingredients, then plans the ever-changing menus. This allows us to incorporate menu options with limited seasonal availability. Adding choices in portion size, flavor profiles and culinary styles – from the familiar to ethnic and contemporary – allows us to blend a menu always full of chaise and variety. Actually we live in Vail and my friends and I were saying that Elways surpassed orher restaurants in Vail by far. We will be back for sure!!

The only thing that ruined our wonderful meal was other guests coming in seated by us wearing incredibly strong and overpowering perfume/cologne- had to get up from our table multiple times - other than that service is always great and we love the chef

Service by Enrique was fantastic. Rack of lamb was very good, but ribeye was disappointing! Elway cabernet was delicious. Overall good experience, but over-priced.

Porterhouse steak was mainly all bone and not worth the price. Also baked potatoe was undercooked. How do screw that up?

Always come here when we come to Vail, and it never disappoints! The service was absolutely great, our server Alex was so good! The food was amazing and cooked perfectly! The best restaurant in Vail!

Had a view in a small dining room with 180° views of the snow and trees. Crisp white tablecloths. Excellent food and service. Impeccable menu

The evening was great and both our server Alex and the sommelier Jared were great. Even the bartender who brought us our after dinner espresso martinis. The lamb fondue is a favorite staple and we never miss a dinner celebration here when we visit.
