Our approach is simple: deliver the finest and freshest every day.

Aged USDA prime beef is the star at Elway’s whether your preference is a thick porterhouse, tender filet or a juicy rib-eye. Our culinary team shops for seasonal and interesting ingredients, then plans the ever-changing menus. This allows us to incorporate menu options with limited seasonal availability. Adding choices in portion size, flavor profiles and culinary styles – from the familiar to ethnic and contemporary – allows us to blend a menu always full of chaise and variety. Ranks at very top when it comes to steaks. Lamb chops are superb. Sides are family style and mushrooms fantastic. Would recommend highly.

Was so looking forward to our Elway’s evening ! Disappointed by lack of service attention - for instance, no one monitoring our pace and paying attention to our needs. No one asking if we wanted refills. Dirty dishes left on table, yet when next course was served, those dishes were not removed - just moved around. Server did not verify if our steaks were cooked as expected. I really wanted this to be a special evening, and it did not feel special 🙁

Great evening with my wife at Elway’s. Had the best filet I have had in a while…..and the mushrooms were out of this world…❤️😊 Shekhar

This was my second visit to Elway's Vail. The first time everything was great, but the second time was disappointing. To start, our server was great, which made the dining/food tolerable. We started with the Grilled Artichoke for our appetizer. The artichoke was over seasoned and over cooked, the entire surface was overly charred. Each bite tasted bitter and burnt. All three of our salads were great. I ordered the 10oz filet coupled with the lobster tail and the others in our group ordered the 8oz filet. My lobster tail was overcooked which I had to send back. The replacement tail was better, but almost over cooked again which was a disappointing. Not sure why, but there was zero oversight by food runner and or kitchen manager checking plates before they are served. Additionally, the 10oz filet that I ordered was plated on a friend plate, not a big deal, but a detail that should have not been overlooked. Everyone’s steaks were cooked to perfection. As for the sides, the Thai Basil Brussel Sprouts were okay. We also ordered the Truffle Fries from the appetizer section to complement the filets. The fries lacked flavor, had zero truffle flavor that came across my palate, and the fries did not come out hot, lukewarm at best.

Firstly, I just want to say opentable SUCKS. The log in process is completely ridiculous. Secondly and most importantly, we had the most amazing experience. We went to Elways for our wedding dinner and we have not stopped talking about our meal. Firstly, our waitress was amazing. I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name, but she was just exceptional! We were surprised with champagne and cake for our celebration it was so amazing. The steak was wonderful. We ordered it medium, it was a good medium, but got close to a well towards the end but it was still delicious. Thank you for making our wedding day more memorable. :)
