                                                                                                                                Escargot never disappoints with its food, presentation, and ambiance. Server was not up to their service standard. Interrupted us several times, ignored request to remove finished plates and rushed us thru dinner. We were party of 5 and under two hour time limit. He was not at all cordial or welcoming. It felt like we were an intrusion to his evening. I resented leaving him a tip but not to do so wld impact the bus boys.

Our only complaint was we shared a beat salad that was rather small for $20. We opted to split the salad. We were unaware of a $4 split charge. Never saw that b4 for a salad. Very petty.

I had the Loup de Mer and it was cooked perfectly with a delicious sauce. We sat out on the patio, which was quieter than inside. My companions both loved their meals ( the salmon and the filet). The Profiteroles are to die for! The service was spot on. My only complaint is the pricing. I thought it was very expensive. Most entrees were about $40 or more and most of the appetizers were as expensive as the main courses.

                                                                                                                                The experience was excellent! Charlie, our server was very helpful helping us navigate a fabulous menu and selection of our four course dinner. Appetizer was Escargot Bourgogne followed by a special salad, Buratta, figs, walnuts and cherry tomatoes. The main course was the signature dish, one half crispy duck with mashed potatoes, carrots and green beans. Dessert was Profiteroles and excellent! We definitely will return to sample more of this fantastic cuisine. Thanks to the talented Escargot41 team for bringing such a great experience to Naples. PS. do not let the location in a strip mall of 41 scare you away!
