Fixed menu was great for New Year’s Eve. Great cocktails. The escargot appetizer is unreal.

Food was fine, but certainly not worth the money. This was compounded by the fact that there were no substantial choices from the New Year’s Eve menu. And, the staff was really not that accommodating when we pointed this out. Overall a good culinary experience marked by very high prices and a not very accommodating staff.

We were unaware that the cost would be $175 per person, the table next to us was equally surprised. By the time we got there and saw the price, it was too late to make New Years Eve plans elsewhere. They pointed out that the price was on Open Table if you scrolled down, but others didn’t see it either. Yes, the food was good, probably $125 good, but not $175 pp good. The saddest part was our favorite escargots weren’t even on their set menu. I wouldn’t go again for the fixed menu and price. It soured our overall opinion of the restaurant.

We had a wonderful meal. Everything-appetizers, entree, and desserts— was wonderful. The renovations to the outdoor dining really improved the feel of the space. We will return whenever we are in Naples.

We are regular guests here. Last few visits have been less than cordial. Gentleman who seated us wanted to place us at the entrance to the restroom next to a bunch of boxes. We asked for a better table and there were many better choices. He was annoyed that we asked to change was not exactly welcoming. Ordered cocktails a manhattan for me and bourbon for my wife. Mine wasn’t prepared properly. The bar manager appeared in a threatening manner and told me it was correct. He did offer to make another but frankly they don’t know how to make a manhattan so I just passed.His attitude was threatening! The whole point is the demeanor of the maitre d and bar manager was poor and not welcoming. We have been customers here for years but I think things are changing for the worse. Food good and waitress was excellent! Not sure that this is really a French restaurant. We might return for the food but Naples is a very competitive place.

Dan Sorry for the bad experience , I don't remember try to seat you to the restrooms witch are far from my restaurant tables... anyway, i always get my patrons options to choose a table they like! All my staff is trained professionally and know how to make cocktails. However, you may have a curtain way of having your cocktail done, so please, next time i would appreciate if you could share you preference. Big world out there ! Enjoy Best SP

We had a large party and the food and wine/drinks were outstanding, service was spectacular and everything was fairly priced. Overall A+ experience. One of our favorite restaurants in Naples.
