Opened in 2012, Farmstead Table blends French technique and new world innovation in a classic American country kitchen. Inspired by local farmers, our culinary team believes that fresh and pure ingredients don’t require much tinkering and should speak for themselves. The innovative food is complemented by lively cocktails, domestic craft brews, and finely curated wines.                                           Farmstead is a great spot for an intimate dinner. Waitstaff is attentive without being invasive. It's a nice setting and not noisy like many places seem to be these days. Had a great drink and the wine recommendation was nice. My wife's sole was very tasty and well presented. I ordered the roast chicken and the best I can say is that it was very ordinary. Not what one would expect with what the dinner cost. We booked late that same day, I sort of understand why Farmstead had availability on short notice.

                                          Very good food. The server was very nice but overall the service was slow. Still definitely a nice meal and would recommend.

                                          Quiet atmosphere facilitating conversation, delicious food. Server took a while to come back with the check but otherwise service was attentive.

                                          We made a reservation for 8:15, arrived at 8:16, and then had to wait about 30 extra minutes for a table to open up. The host (who must have been new) had to ask permission (there were 5 of us) at an open 4 top. We were squished together because he said he could not move the table and add a fifth chair. Despite waiting an extra 30 minutes (with no solutions proposed in the meantime), there was not really any apology made, even when given the opportunity to do so. This opportunity came when we ordered the popovers. The basket came with 4, though there were 5 of us. I asked for a 5th. The waiter had to ask permission, then came back and told us there’d be a $3 up charge. We had waited 30 minutes for a table we reserved, and they couldn’t throw in an extra popover? Food was mostly yummy. Our server was sweet. The whole experience was just exasperating.

                                          The food was wonderful (although not cheap by any measure). The mushroom board was fantastic. It is quiet and pleasant.

                                          We had a lovely lunch at Farmstead Table...food was excellent and the service very efficient. It was busy, but it didn't detract from our experience.
