It was truly one of the best culinary experiences I’ve ever had and someone of the best food I’ve ever eaten! Everything was carefully made to created a very delicious plate. The drink recommendations I was given were on point and the mezcal was incredible!!! Collin was an incredible waiter as he was truly knowledgeable about everything he spoke about, thanks Collin, you’re the restaurant my friend!!!

Always a delight. The only issue was the noodles were a little too water causing the sauce to run and not stick.

As usual the meal was phenomenal from start to finish. The drinks were on point, and the food was top notch. As someone who has traveled to Japan on 4-5 different occasions, this meal is as good as it gets.

It was our first time dining at Verdad and it won’t be the last. I was super impressed by the service and extra attention to detail, and the outdoor seating was perfect for our toddler and small dog. Lots of delicious food on the menu and we’re excited to try more at our next visit.

Wonderful service. Everyone ( 6 of adults) loved their dinner. Best Italian food I have had in a while. ( other than family meals) I had Veal Scallopini. It was tender and very flavorful. The only complaint. This entree had no sides. ordered a side of pasta and shared a salad with my husband.
