I learned early the heart of Italian cooking is the flavor…or sapore. My school of teaching was from the best; my Nonna Elena and Mother Lia. Their philosophy has been carried on in my style of cooking: use simple ingredients and the food will speak for its self. Napoli was great. I had the Halibut. The only thing they need to work on is there outside area... it was already too hot with the plastic covering they have ... we had to move inside because no air circulation. Easily solved by rolling up plastic tent or fan. It was a 70 degree day and would of liked to sit outside. My only complaint. Otherwise great food and service.
