Head chefs Francesco Rota and Luca Flammia hail from Modena in Emilia Romagna.At Trattoria Emilia we seasonally change the menu and source a large majority of our produce from regional Victoria, our meat is organic and sustainably grown in Tasmania and Victoria and we import some of the best Italian DOC products. Un’esperienza culinaria straordinaria! Trattoria Emilia è un vero gioiello. Il cibo è autentico, preparato con ingredienti freschissimi e pieno di sapori che ti trasportano direttamente in Emilia-Romagna. Il servizio è impeccabile: il personale è cordiale, attento e sempre pronto a consigliarti il piatto perfetto. L’atmosfera è accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli, ideale per una cena romantica o una serata tra amici. Ogni piatto, dalla pasta fatta in casa ai dolci, è una dimostrazione di passione e maestria culinaria. Non vedo l’ora di tornare. Assolutamente consigliato!
