Post-war, but the one thing that kept us going… was grandma’s cooking. The unique flavours and special sauces. The tantalising spices of the curries. The fish amok’s and the prahok’s. It was a bonding experience for the family and has stuck with me ever since. Un’esperienza culinaria straordinaria! Trattoria Emilia è un vero gioiello. Il cibo è autentico, preparato con ingredienti freschissimi e pieno di sapori che ti trasportano direttamente in Emilia-Romagna. Il servizio è impeccabile: il personale è cordiale, attento e sempre pronto a consigliarti il piatto perfetto. L’atmosfera è accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli, ideale per una cena romantica o una serata tra amici. Ogni piatto, dalla pasta fatta in casa ai dolci, è una dimostrazione di passione e maestria culinaria. Non vedo l’ora di tornare. Assolutamente consigliato!
