The White Oak Tavern is a family-owned business, operated by a brother & sister that are Ellicott City locals. The menu includes seasonal scratch made items, sustainable meats & produce from local farms and purveyors. The White Oak Burger is a community favorite and has been recognized as the best burger in Howard County for several years. The outdoor patio is dog friendly with a special dog menu. The bar has 42 rotating craft beers with a wide selection of styles with a free-to-join mug club. This includes a specialty cocktail menu with different seasonal ingredients along with a fresh mocktail menu.     Everything was great. Waiter great. However I had your famous pot pie. Waiter should provide a large spoon. But my issue was way too much rosemary in the pot pie. Doesn’t need any. I only ate a few bites

    There was something in the air that caused some of the mis-steps at the restaurant. Our vodka tonics didn't have tonic, the lobster arrived without the appropriate lobster cracker and we had to wait for over 20 minutes for our entrees. We give high praise to the lobster dinner & the lobster roll. The raw oyster appretizer was shucked properly and was tasty. We've been to the Tun House on many occassions & this was the first time things were off kilter.

    Great food and gracious service at the food market! Generous portions are a bonus. Loved the crab soup with a little crab cake and the beet salad was fantastic.

    First time at Mad Chef! We had a wonderful experience! Cody was our waiter and did an awesome job! The food was excellent! Overall wonderful experience! We will definitely be back.
