FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks. The massive ceiling-to-floor windows offer diners beautiful views of the outside patio while inside, guests are surrounded by colorful artwork created by local artists from the tri-state area.The bar program will offer delightful wines, from some of the oldest vineyards in the country, as well as locally brewed bourbons and ales.     My special requests were followed to the T! Great service and very good food …a great culinary experience as a whole!! Shame the outdoor seating was not open yet, but when t is, we will certainly go back for the Hudson River view and for the outdoor feel experience. Sincerely… Carlos B

    Food and whole experience were top drawer. Salmon was best I’d ever had. Loved the crispy skin! The Brussels sprouts however, while tasty, were undercooked and difficult to chew. Steamed spinach was excellent. Service was attentive and food was attractively presented. We’ll be back when next in Rockland County.

    First time here for my husbands birthday and it was great! Beautiful sunset view of the Cuomo Bridge. The service was awesome from the start to finish. The food was yummy and served in a very timely fashion. We will def be going back!!!
