Taste of Belgium is a modern Belgian brasserie that fuses Belgian and American cuisines with locally sourced ingredients for both brunch and dinner. In 2023, Jean-François Flechet, our founder, was honored with a knighthood by the prestigious Knighthood of the Brewer's Paddle, recognizing his dedication to Belgian brewing traditions. Our journey began in 2007 at Cincinnati's historic Findlay Market, where Jean-François introduced a traditional Liège-style waffle recipe and a 120-pound cast-iron waffle maker from Belgium. Since then, Taste of Belgium has expanded to seven full-service neighborhood brasseries across Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio. I will definitely be back. A great place to catch up with dad. It would also be a nice restaurant to take my a wife on a date. The atmosphere was causal but elegant. The food was fresh and delicious. I will definitely get the ribs appetizer again and the sushi was fantastic. Lots of good choices on the menu. Also they had a killer key lime pie. Service was great as well.

I loved my not a burrito meal! My fried loved her basic breakfast as well. Lovely meal!
