We had a wonderful meal- the sole oreganata and the lasagna were delicious. The restaurant was PACKED on a Sunday night, so I was pleasantly surprised that our table was ready and waiting. Great experience!

Good food and service. Summit needed a place like this!

Ancona Bistro offers a limited menu but the food quality and service level are quite high. The calamari appetizer was fantastic as the calamari was very tender and the marinara sauce very tasty. The main course special was cavatelli with sausage and shrimp with a light white sauce. Also, very good!

Dining here has always been a treat but we recently had a weeknight dinner for 6 and it could not have been better. Everybody’s food was as amazing as ever and the staff just had that bit more time and attention (from smaller crowd, slower pace) that the experience was fabulous. We felt truly “welcomed” and “served” like guests / friends rather than just customers. Reminding myself to get here more often! BYOB. Everything’s good but my faves are the bang bang cauliflower, 7 Spice Tuna, and Brussels sprouts salad.

Have not been here in a while and friends came in from out of state and we gave options for dinner and they selected DH. We started with a great waitress katie. 3 of us ordered the short rib barley soup, it came out lukewarm and we had to send it back. good not great. very disappointing on such a cold night, was slight hotter but not hot. 2 of us ordered the wok salmon which was amazing and recommmended by katie. delish!!!! great recommendation. One of us ordered the tuscan shrimp pasta with the pistachio cream also delish and she loved every bite. The fluke was a special that my friend ordered who is a fish lover and a real foodie. It was just not good, definitely not delicious. Very disappointed, would never order again. We all ordered coffee and a a great special dessert, The Cookie Bomb. amazing. Katie made the experience exceptional.
