This is a one-of-a-kind Skybar experience allowing guests a close view of our 149 year old firehouse, bell tower and original stained glass windows. A unique cross between a chop house and Crudo bar, Hook & Ladder features Certified A5 Japanese wagyu beef that will melt in your month. Dry aged Steak offerings including 32 days dry aged Porterhouse (28oz), 32 days aged Tomahawk Ribeye (40oz) that will taste decidedly beefy, much like a rare roast beef, while also taking on subtler hints of other delicious flavors. Crudo uses the Japanese technique of curing the fish making it more tender and flavorful. Finishing it with lime, lemon, and soy; featuring Wild King Salmon, Japanese Madai, Hamachi and more. The inside is beautiful and interesting. The menu is varied. The servers seem inexperienced. The table was not cleared of appetizers before the entrees were served and we had to then wait for the right silverware and sharing plates. The waygu steak was delicious and well seasoned. The tuna appetizer was delicious. Burger was interesting but a little over the top. Will go back.

Super friendly service with great ambiance. We loved all the pastas, pizza and focaccia bread along with the Caesar salad. Tiramisu and blood orange sorbet were a shared treat and worth the splurge. A great addition to the area!

First time here. Had a night out with friends and wanted to try someplace different. This place was a great pick on my opinion. It has three bars, an upstairs, a downstairs dining area with a fireplace and the “backyard” where a guy was playing guitar and singing. The staff was very friendly and the food was on point. All four of us enjoyed our dinners and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend to others and plan to return at a later date for another fun night out.

We ate in the the board area. TVs around which we enjoy. 5 of ate. All enjoyed meals and drinks. Service is superior. Food is very good.
