Our central location in Borough Market means that London’s best produce is right on our doorstep. We are proud to say that we source most of our produce from Borough Market itself, and our fish is delivered daily from our very own fishmonger, Jarvis, which is renowned for its extensive range of the freshest fish and seafood. Welcome to Tonkotsu Bar & RamenOur restaurant Tonkotsu is named after the lip-smacking, creamy ramen typical in Kyushu, Japan’s southern-most island, but found all over Japan. Tonkotsu ramen’s smooth, silky consistency is created by cooking pork bones for up to 18 hours, which allows collagen and other porky goodness to be emulsified into the stock.

I’m a fan of cider so that’s my usual drink which is still incredibly good! Also I super like their buns! But what I usually come back here for is the ambience and excellent customer service of the staff Leonardo and Bibi! Love them! Their amazing!

We really enjoyed everything we had. I asked for a slight variation on my main course, which was done without any fuss. The food & the service are always excellent, which is why I return as often as I can.

Best ramen in London by far! The staff is attentive and go the extra mile. They even got a little dessert to sing happy birthday to me which made our evening even more special. We will come back and recommend it to anyone to try it

Excellent venue dining area to the back away from bar area. We were situated within a contained area for 6 people Food was excellent as was the service would definitely visit again
