A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Vatutto translates from Italian to ‘Everything goes’ the menu here has a diverse flavour selection from all corners of the earth. Produce here is sourced from premium suppliers, and we use sustainable seafood from Australian or New Zealand waters, Wagyu beef from Gippsland, organic eggs, fruit and vegetables, and quality imported cheese, dairy products and flour. Bread is baked daily and all desserts, pastries and ice cream are all made on the premises using quality ingredients.

    Came here for a second time because I loved it the first time. Staff are super friendly and also gave free dessert because I was there to celebrate my birthday which was a really nice touch!

    My daughter has a severe nut allergy and Sonny personally took our order and ensured all staff were fully aware. Our delicious food arrived with allergy flags and the wait staff acknowledged the allergy at every stage of the meal and checked in at regular intervals. We were shown personal care and kindness demonstrating an exceptional level of training and hospitality.

    The Hills is my favourite place for a drink. It has a warm, sophisticated vibe (think artwork and candlelight), great selection of wine, sides and gourmet pizza (I particularly recommend the salmon pizza). What really makes this place a winner for me, though, is the service: they are warm, welcoming and really know their wines! I've brought friends many times to The Hills; this evening I brought my parents, and the lovely manager greeted me by name and thoroughly charmed my folks. This bar is one of Melbourne's best.
