Bastion is the 24-seat restaurant of James Beard Foundation Award Nominee Chef Josh Habiger. It is located in a separate area within the casual cocktail bar of the same name, and it is a part of the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood of Nashville, TN. Bastion's dining room features counter seating around the kitchen for parties of 2 as well as three tables for parties of 3 to 6. First time there, but the food was wonderful sat on the outside covered patio and it was great. Our server, Omar was amazing. This kid should be the manager. Not only good service. Good recommendations he checked on us. A real gem of a place and great service. Ask for Omar!

We love this quaint little town restaurant that reminds me of NY or European eateries. The food was amazing, fresh, and well prepared. The ambience is cozy but not invasive. There’s a hum of conversations but not loud and jarring to disturb your dining experience. If you’re looking for fine food, a charming setting, old world feel and place to celebrate a special occasion or have a business dinner, we recommend Common Ground, Berry Hill.
