The Atlas Oyster House is a casual waterfront restaurant that specializes in seafood, particularly oysters. The restaurant overlooks the scenic Pensacola Bay, and has been serving fresh local oysters since 2002. While the menu primarily includes items such as calamari, edamame, sushi, mahi mahi and gumbo, it isn't restricted to only seafood, with steaks and sandwiches making an appearance too. The menu had a great variety. We tried several small plates and everything was outstanding. The cocktails were superb as well, and we were even able to get in next door at the speakeasy for an after dinner drink. Great experience!

We loved SALT! The food was amazing. The service excellent. The ambiance is very nice. I recommend lowering the lights a bit for dinner. It was bright.
